This will be our second review for this place. My partner and I love this place. Sandra and Elias are amazing people and show such love and care for there guests (last time we were there, they made us homemade herb bread treats for our drive back.... so delicious!). These guys are such great special people. We just booked a stay for February! Its a lovely tranquil place, I love visiting the animals and feeding them. Short drive to Bilpin to go apple picking and surrounded by majestic views.Looking forward to visiting this place next month. Rain or shine its the perfect peaceful place to be if you want a weekend getaway. Love the mountain view cottage.
My partner & I recently booked a long weekend away at the Highfields Country Cottages. We stayed in the Hills View Cottage facing the mountains & we were immediately blown away with the serenity of the location. The cottage was very clean, had all the cosy comforts of home with surprise goodies such as milk, tea, coffee, honey, eggs, crumpets...the list goes on! It's like we never left home. The views were spectacular from the balcony. In addition to Sandra's hospitality, she went above & beyond throughout the week preparing some beautiful flowers & champagne on arrival, as it was part of my planning for a special weekend.The weekend was perfect and we would definitely recommend visiting Sandra's cottages.
Had a wonderful stay here over the weekend with our family. Everything very tidy and well set out, the views are beautiful. Very relaxing have a tea on the balcony looking out over the area. The animals around were adorable. Great experience.
My family would like to say a big thankyou for our wonderful stay in highfields cottages last weekend. The view was beautiful and accommodation comfortable and inviting. My toddler daughter especially loved feeding the animals and is still waking up in the morning saying baa baa and sheep. Mandarins and lemons picked from the tree very yummy. Thoroughly recommend this place for young families wanting a getaway from city life.
This was the 2nd time I have stayed there and it is a beautiful place for a getaway. The views are breathtaking and the cottages are situated close to national parks, fruit picking and other relaxing drives and places to visit. I highly recommend staying at Highfields Country Cottages and the hosts are wonderful people
