Disgusted! We have been coming here since this restaurant had opened. Tonight's service was so poor from the kitchens point of view, the food portions where tightly rationed, the beef korma was all fat no beef at all, the butter chicken was full of fat and the sauce was watered down and had no flavour! To top it off the plain nann and the cheese nann bread where so undercooked that we could pull it apart as it was raw dough. They told us they do not give out pupperdums anymore with mint sauce and we would need to purchase it seperate (it has always been complimentary) we ordered our mains waited 30 minutes and they didn't even bring mine and my husbands food out at once, so we where given the rice for the first 15 minutes! To top it off my husband waited 25 minutes for his mango lassi "drink". We will not be coming back again and I'll be making sure family and friends do not waste there money there again. The poor girls who work at the front of the restaurant where being told not from just my husband and I but from another two couples! And simply nothing was done about it, just a ill let the kitchen know! NOT GOOD ENOUGH AND WASTE OF MONEY AND OUR TIME. Went home HUNGRY!
Absolutely amazing and super friendly, the food is great and flavourful. Recommended heaps of friends and they say the same.
We would like to support a local business, but .... the service was very slow, the serving sizes are small. Overall for the price it is ordinary. We actually had to go to the kitchen to check how our order was coming along, not a great experience. The owners could do with having a good think about what they themselves expect when going to a restaurant and apply that level of service to their own business.
Unfortunately, these guys make supporting local business hard!! Both times we have ordered from them, our meal has shown up nearly a hour later than the hour and 20 minutes first quoted, meals have been cold and in our first instance completely wrong - the most frustrating part about it is, when calling to let them know, their response is not helpful or forthcoming - our first call was met with ' well we're closing soon so what exactly do you want us to do?' Really poor service in all aspects. Very disappointing.
The dishes we order where great and full of flavour. The selection of naans was brilliant. Nice and local will be coming back with family etc.
